Some of those answers surprised me too.
What stands out isn’t just the statistics—it’s what they reveal.
Today’s young adults are stepping into adulthood during one of the most unique seasons in history. They’re navigating rising costs, changing workplaces, social media, anxiety, and a culture that’s constantly redefining truth and identity.
No wonder so many feel overwhelmed.
But here’s the encouraging part: while culture changes, God’s wisdom never does.
That’s one of the reasons I wrote Adult-o-Nomics.
I wanted to create more than a book of practical life tips. My goal was to help young adults approach adulthood with confidence by combining everyday life skills with timeless biblical wisdom. Whether it’s learning to manage money, build healthy relationships, prepare for a career, or simply make wise decisions, the foundation is always the same—dependence on God.
Knowledge can reduce uncertainty.
Preparation builds confidence.
And trusting God provides the peace we all need as we navigate life’s next chapter.
